Shipping policy

Standard shipping rates apply for all orders under R1000, local (South African) orders over R1000 qualify for free shipping.

Orders are shipped from our offices in Johannesburg. For main towns and cities, delivery takes 1-2 business days once shipped. For outlaying areas, 3-4 working days, once shipped.

All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days of placing order. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed on the next working day.

International shipping: 

All international orders will be shipped from our offices in Johannesburg South Africa within 3-5 working days. You will be provided with a tracking number and courier details upon shipping. We use a combination of Fed-ex and UPS rates, so your rate and estimated timeline will depend on where you are in the world, as well as the chosen service at checkout. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3-4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
