Apple Blossom Handmade Ceramic Mug

Soft, earthy and a little bit dreamy, the Apple Blossom mug is inspired by the gentle colours of spring: dusty pink, blue-grey, warm ochre and creamy stoneware.

Handmade in small batches in South Africa, this ceramic mug has a simple, comfortable shape and a generous loop handle that makes it lovely to hold. The layered glaze creates a soft, painterly effect across the surface, with each firing bringing out slightly different tones and movements in the glaze.

It holds approximately 300ml, making it a lovely everyday mug for your morning coffee, afternoon tea, hot chocolate or whatever your favourite ritual happens to be.

Because Apple Blossom is handmade, every mug has its own little personality. The glaze may vary in colour, pooling and pattern from the mug pictured, making each one genuinely one of a kind.

Small variations in colour, shape, glaze and design are a natural part of handmade ceramics. They are not flaws, but little evidence of the hands and kiln behind your piece.
